Built at the wall

Climbing pulls. This puts it back.

Fingers, shoulders, hips — and the tension that holds them together. Climbing is one long pull through a body that was built to push too. Leave it unbalanced and the elbows, the shoulders and the lower back start keeping score.

This edition is drawn from the weekly session delivered at The Climbing Works — the same material, the same standard, set out so you can run it yourself. Every plan is in the full Pivot & Plane print format: the pages you can spread on the floor, follow, and sweat on.

Two pages from the self-guided edition print format — layered session plans with pregnancy-safe options

A first look

Inside the edition.

01

Four session plans in the full print format — warm-up, working sets, counterbalance and rest.

02

Three layers in every exercise, so the session meets you where you are on the day.

03

Progression notes that carry the block forward — each session builds on the last.

04

Pregnancy-safe options throughout, in every plan. Never an afterthought.

05

Yours to keep. Print them, work through them, repeat the block.

In motion

The movements, before the manual.

All twelve sequences, in the order the plan teaches them. The plans carry the instruction; these carry the feel.

What it gives you

Capacity, resilience, control — where it counts.

Capacity

A stronger trunk and hip complex, so hard sessions stay hard in the fingers instead of collapsing through the middle.

Resilience

Counterbalance for the pull: the push, hinge and extension work climbing never gives you on its own.

Control

Range you can actually use at the wall — hips that reach, shoulders that hold, feet that stay quiet.

The edition opens soon

Before you ask

Do I need equipment?

A mat. That’s the whole kit list.

I’ve never done Pilates. Is this for me?

Yes. Every exercise carries three layers, so the same page works from first session to fiftieth.

When does it open?

The edition is in its final build. Registered names hear first, at the first price.

What about the weekly session?

Still running, every Tuesday at The Climbing Works, Sheffield. This edition is the same standard for the other six days.
